Shipping
In line with current UK government guidance, I will be shipping items once a week. Your patience is appreciated.
All UK orders will be sent with Royal Mail Tracked 24.
Overseas items will be sent with Royal Mail International Tracked Services.
Please note, international orders may be subject to import duties and/or tax, in such cases these are the responsibility of the buyer.

International Orders
Payment is to be made in British pounds sterling. International credit card providers or banks determine the exchange rate and may add an additional processing or administration charge which you will be liable to pay.

Returns
I hope you will be happy with your purchase. Items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty or arrive damaged in any way. If this is the case, please get in touch so I can resolve the issue. In the unlikely event that you purchase an item that is no longer available, I will contact you immediately and offer you a full refund.
